Support the way you want it

We don’t outsource support – the person on the other side of the phone or computer is a native English speaker living in the Southeastern United States.

Our business hours are 10:00am – 7:00pm, Eastern Standard Time.

We have a few methods for getting support:

Submit a ticket in your control panel: average response time is generally two business hours or less for tickets with low severity.

Give us a call: this is the quickest way to reach us if you need immediate help.  Support tickets are preferred because the support ticket provides documentation for what you asked us to perform and there will be no miscommunication.  Please consider submitting a ticket and then calling us, as that way we won’t need to create one to document our changes. 

(Please note that we specialize in hosting unfashionable content, so our phone number is not published here.  It’s in your control panel and your welcome e-mail.)

After Hours and Projects: We sell 3-hour blocks of time on the Packages page.  This does expire, and if you accidentally bork your site on a holiday weekend in the wee hours of the morning we will help out if you pay for one.
